If this is your first warranty claim or repair with Faria Beede, please use the Green button below marked "First Time". You will be asked to fill out our On-Line Returns form with information about yourself, your vessel/vehicle and the product which you are having problems with. Important: While filling out the form you will set up a log-in and password which you can later use to check the status of your claim. Note: We will send an e-mail indicating when we have received your Web RMA item(s) at the factory. We are beginning to experience heavy seasonal requests. Please allow up to 5 weeks , for your instrument(s) to be repaired and returned.
